By opting in to receive SMS/text messages from the Office of Commissioner David Stout, El Paso County Precinct 2 (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

The Office of Commissioner David Stout offers an SMS messaging program to keep Precinct 2 constituents and interested community members informed about: updates and announcements from the Commissioner’s office, community and political updates relevant to Precinct 2, and event announcements and invitations.
